Obituary

Darryl was born on July 9, 1951 and passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016.

Darryl was a resident of Bloomingdale, Michigan at the time of his passing.
The family will meet friends on Monday at the Bloomingdale Chapel D. L. Miller Funeral Home from 10 AM until time of funeral services at noon. Interment will follow in Tucker Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donors choice.

Darryl Gregory Farmer, age 64 of Bloomingdale, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Darryl was born July 9, 1951, the son of Burlon and Bessie Farmer and had lived in the area the past 25 years. He loved the Detroit Tigers, enjoyed cooking and woodworking. Darryl had also coached his sons baseball teams. Surviving are his 2 sons, Gregg and Cliff; his significant other Lorrie (Vickery) Stanbro; a brother Dennis (Nancy) Farmer of Romulus; a sister Karen (Don) Smith of Bloomingdale; 3 step children, Tim (Katie) Stanbro of Indiana, Jennifer (Mark) Greenhalgh of Allegan, Debra (Gary) Stienman of Bloomingdale; 9 grandchildren, Corey, Rose, Brandon, Chelsea, Samantha, Jacob, Riley, Annie, Gary Lee; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, cousins, several aunts and uncles. The family will meet friends on Monday at the Bloomingdale Chapel, D. L.
